Coaching Programmes
The bowlers of the future need structured support and encouragement. To do this Eranga has decided to invest his time to educate coaches and parents in the art of spin bowling. His intention is to educate these hard-working supporters of the game about the various aspects of spin bowling; this includes providing them with the right knowledge base to help develop spin culture. For parents, who may not all be cricketers, the scheme illuminates the growing needs of developing players, combined with the technical information to understand spin bowling.
Eranga will go through spin bowling in extraordinary depth, from the technical, physical, tactical, and mental elements of the art, as well as practical execution. In particular he’ll demonstrate the importance of a peak state of mind and how that relates to attaining peak performance for spinners and their team mates.
